Using the platform
By using Fish On Now, you agree to follow applicable laws and these terms. Abuse, fraud, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Orders and products
Product availability, pricing, and shipping terms may change. We may cancel or refund orders when payment, stock, or policy issues occur.
Community conduct
Respect others when posting content. Illegal, harmful, or abusive content may be removed and may lead to account restrictions.
Public forms and abuse prevention
Some features expose lightweight public forms (for example the contact form on Help). Those flows use normal field validation plus server-side anti-abuse checks intended to stay unobtrusive for genuine users (for example rate limits and disposable-address rules). We do not show CAPTCHAs site-wide today. If we adjust those measures later, our guideline remains minimum friction for real users. Any material change will be reflected in these Terms and, where helpful, summarised on the relevant pages.
Liability
We provide the service as-is and strive for reliability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
